Below is an easy recipe that you can use to *sneak* this superfood into your family's diet!
green machine popcorn
1 cup popcorn kernels (or one bag natural microwave popcorn)
1 tablespoon coconut oil
2 tablespoons “spirulina seasoned salt” (recipe below)
1. Make popcorn using the stove, air popper, or microwave.
3. Melt the coconut oil and pour over hot popcorn, shaking or stirring to coat evenly.
3. Sprinkle the spirulina seasoned salt over popcorn and settle in for an epic-healthy- movie night!

2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
1 teaspoon sea salt
Stir to combine. I like to make a big batch (multiply this recipe by 5) at a time and store it in an airtight container in the fridge. It’s great as a seasoning on sandwiches, salads, tacos, pasta dishes, and even scrambled eggs (did someone say Green Eggs?)
