Ok, I know this one is a no-brainer, but I love talking about snacks: I like mine salty, and potato chips and popcorn are at the top of that list. Ounce for ounce, most brands of popcorn have fewer calories, carbohydrates, fat, and sodium than classic potato chips, with the added benefit of about 3-4 grams of fiber per ounce.
