Few things can strike terror into the heart of an adolescent like trying to find a place to sit during lunch period. Teen Natalie Hampton has eased those fears by creating a free app called Sit with Us. The app anonymously connects those searching for a seat with ambassadors willing to welcome them with a smile. This app could be a real lifesaver for someone starting a new school, going through a breakup, or just needing a new friend. Now someone just needs to invite an adult version for company holiday parties :)

Join Ask Alison for 31 days of #innerhappy leading up to a special screening of the documentary Embrace: one woman’s journey to inspire everyBODY. Join us at the movie and post your own #innerhappy moments on social media using the #innerhappy tag.
