In my family, there is one thing that always makes us feel better: Dance Party. We have one rule: there are no rules. Most of us will never make the first cut at a dance competition, but that doesn't mean dancing can't feel good. It's a great way to break tension, get your energy flowing, or cheer up a sad friend. Grab your favorite mix-tape, put on your sneakers, and just dance!
